PRODUCT INDEMNITY
Our product indemnity coverage is a rental insurance that we include with our rental kits. It’s a way for you to have the right instruments without having to worry about encountering any issues.
24-HOUR EQUIPMENT SWAP
We keep backup products at our Timmins, Ontario location. If your rental product becomes damaged or needs repairs, we will provide a replacement unit within 24 hours.
ON-SITE TRAINING
SurveyTECH is by your side from start to finish. We provide initial training at no cost and offer ongoing training opportunities according to your operation’s requirements. Travel fees may apply.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We want you to make the most of our precision instruments. We also want you to be satisfied, so we provide free remote technical and data support for our rental products at all times.
